Sponsor a Woman in Creativity
A movement rooted in Creativity, led by Women
In 2023, a bold question sparked change at TAF College:
Why are only 25% of our creative arts students women?
That question became a catalyst.
Through mentorship, visibility campaigns, and policy advocacy, that number grew—first to 35%, and then to a groundbreaking 65% by 2025, surpassing all expectations.
From that transformative experience, WICAfrica (Women in Creativity Africa) was born.

We are not just creating space for women in Africa’s creative industries — we are rewriting the narrative.”

Meet Our Brand Ambassador

Theresa Fosu
As an Ambassador of Women In Creativity Africa (WICAfrica), I am honored to champion a movement that is reshaping the narrative of women in Africa’s creative industries. WICAfrica is more than an initiative—it is a transformative platform that empowers, educates, and elevates talented women who are often overlooked. As a beneficiary myself, I stand proudly with this mission, working to amplify voices, open doors, and inspire the next generation of African women creatives to lead with confidence and impact.
Women In Creativity Africa (WICAfrica) was co-founded in 2023 with support from influential African women creatives, including Gifty Anti, Akosua Agyepong, Natalie Fort and Kuukua Eshun. Their collaboration with WICAfrica underscores the foundation’s commitment to fostering leadership, breaking systemic barriers, and promoting cultural and economic innovation among women in Africa’s creative industries.
